Shipping & Returns Policy

All products are shipped out from one of the G4werkz shipping locations. G4werkz dropship some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify G4werkz within 24 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, a refund or exchange will not be given.

 

If you receive a damaged product, you must do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING 

  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box

  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)

  • G4werkz will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed.  DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from G4werkz...

  • Remember when ordering items that are overlay in Carbon Fiber, light sanding maybe needed in areas of the parts. This isn’t a cause for refund or exchange, and isn’t considered a damage item. If customer isn’t comfortable in slight modifications to the item then G4werkz, at its discretion can replace the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping before replacement is shipped out. G4werkz, can advise customer to try to modify without customer having to worry about damage. If G4werkz instruct customer to modify item and item is damage then G4werkz will replace item but customer is still responsible for shipping item back. 

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit or a an email declining your claim will be issued. If G4werkz sends out the replacement before receiving the damaged item, customer has 7 business days to repack item and prepare it for return shipment to the address provided by G4werkz. Customer is subjected to a recharge for the item if the product hasn't been shipped. By making payment towards a G4werkz invoice, you agree to the recharge of the item, to your credit card. 

 

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned or the order can be canceled for a 35% restocking fee at the discretion of G4werkz. If the item is Used or installed then G4werkz will not accept the item for return or refund. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.  To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom-made item, we cannot accept a return.  Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by G4werkz. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 10 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 10 days. All products shipped from the G4werkz warehouse are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or USPS and require a signature when delivered. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to G4werkz or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file or will be invoiced to you. Any packages returned without authorization will be refused. Customer must have an RA number.

If the order is being canceled and you have not received your order, you must send us an email for the cancelation. We will then review your order and decide if the order can be canceled or not. If the order is canceled for a part thats instock or being shipped to G4WERKZ (and its not custom) then we will honor the cancelation. We will refund the amount minus 35% remember shipping is not refundable.

G4WERKZ DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

CORE EXCHANGE.

Customer would get a refund after sending back there original undamaged unit. A refund will be given when we have inspected the product. Customer is responsible for shipping back core exchange products unless a return shipping payment was paid for or included in their invoice.  If a discount code is used then the core exchange doesn’t apply. Please make sure to send the same part you bought.  

Worldwide shipping: G4WERKZ isn’t responsible if your country rejects the package. Customer will be responsible for finding away to get it shipped to there country. If G4WERKZ have to reship, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping. If customer decides not to accept package then a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Also shipping of the item back to G4WERKZ will be applied to the bill.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - Can take up to  21 ETA business days for production. We don’t have control over shipping so sometimes orders can take longer due to things not in our control. Deposit / Order Balance Policy /Custom Orders/Steering Wheels/Cancellations

  • Deposits aren't refundable (G4werkz has the discretion to award a refund for whatever reason)
  • Deposits can be subjected to a restocking fee of 35%
  • Order balance must be paid within 48 hours of invoice being given. If invoice isn't paid in that time from, then the customer is subjected to a shipping fee for item to be shipped to G4werkz, then shipped to the customer. 
  • Heating feature on any steering wheel, will not work once we modify the shape
  • Custom Items or items not instock are given a ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) this date isn't exact. Many factors we cannot control like, shipping, customs delays.
  • Customer is aware that custom orders or items not instock may or may not have shipping quotes available. If customer continues the transaction then customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to their custom Item. Shipping charges will be quoted when Item is ready to ship
  • Steering Wheel orders are custom and follow the same guidelines. 21 business days would be the ETA of starting your steering wheel order. If you choose the Core exchange method then we will inform you of wheel stock. If the wheel isn't in stock then we will order it for you. the ETA of 21 days start once we have received your oem wheel (you sending or G4werkz buying)
  • CUSTOM ORDERS AREN'T REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON
  • CANCELATION OF CUSTOM PARTS WILL RESULT IN CUSTOMER FORFEITING THE PART AND A 35% RESTOCKING FEE FOR THE ORDER..
  • CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECTED TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% ON NON CUSTOM ORDERED PARTS. ALL CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE DONE MONDAY-FRIDAY. WEEKEND EMAILS ARE CHECKED ON TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A ITEM OVER THE WEEKEND THEN YOU MUST CONTACT US ON MONDAY BY EMAIL OR PHONE BEFORE 10AM EST
  • CUSTOM CARBON FIBER ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED
  • CUSTOM PAINT OPTIONS CAN NOT BE CANCELED

 

 Group Buy Policy
  • Group buy is for CF and FRP versions
  • Deposits are required to secure your spot and secure the price
  • Deposits are non refundable for any reason.  (A refund can be given at the discretion of G4werkz, but that is a decision G4werkz can make).
  • Customer is advised that production can take up to 30 days (worse case Scenario but can take longer. There is no Definite date on made to order items unless G4werkz sends an email stating a date.)/1 but as little as 30 days. 
  • 2-3 day priority shipping is standard for all group buy, buyers In addition, the shipping status is done by USPS Priority mail or Fedex. Shipping time is quoted by the shipping company. G4werkz isn't liable for delivery times.

  • Invoice for full payment will be given once items are ready to ship. Payment not sent within 72 hours of invoice being sent could delay shipping 
  • Payment that's not sent within 7 days of invoicing will resolute in a 100 shipping charge that will be required before item will be shipped!
  • Process is as follows: 1. Scan, 2. Design, 3. Prototype, 4. Mold, 5. Sample, 6. Production. 1-5 process has a ETA of 6-8 weeks but can take more if issues arise with steps 1-5. Production can take up to 30 days or even longer depending on the amount of sales.
  • If you want to cancel your order then a restocking fee of 35% can be charged or a store credit can be given. Once again this is at the discretion of G4werkz.

B-Stock Information

Anything thats sold under B-stock means the following:

1. Fitment isnt correct

2. Blemishes in the carbon fiber or finish

3. Small chips in that product

4. Product didnt pass QC (Quality Control)

5. Product hard to install

When you order B-stock the item can't be returned which means NO REFUNDS, Order cant be canceled.

It is the customers responsiblity to contact G4W and get detail info or pictures in regards to the item they ordered thats B-stock. We will only respond to emails in regards to info or detailed pictures.

 

Paint Info and Policies

About painted products ・ Painted products will be 
painted without temporary fitting with the current car, so make sure to do temporary fitting before fitting to the vehicle, fitting,

  And please check the mounting hole. Make adjustments with files, drills, etc. as required. 
・ Painting becomes pure approximate color. 
・ Painted products will be painted with paint based on body color based on the toning data specified by each car manufacturer. 
・ Even when the same paint is used, the color difference may be seen from the difference in the base material in the door, bonnet part and bumper etc.

   There is a color difference. 
・ When it becomes a vehicle after registration, color change of paint (due to ultraviolet rays of the sun, acid rain, etc.) occurs due to aging, and the color immediately after painting of a new car

   There will be differences. 
・ If it becomes pearl type or metallic type, color difference occurs remarkably even with pearl, difference of metallic content and particles. 
・ The characteristic of pearl and metallic color change at the viewing angle is that the bumper surface and the aero parts surface are not the same color and not identical. 
・ Painted products are painted without color matching with the current car, so there are some color differences even with differences among vehicles, paint production lots, etc. WE AREN’T painters, so when it comes to front lips, side skirts, diffusers, we outsource those parts. We don’t warranty paint work, or the fact that the color doesn’t match. We suggest that those parts listed above be painted by a painter of your choice. We will try our best to provide quality product but again, painting isn’t something we warranty 


Please consider the purchase of painted products with consideration of the above points.

 

CUSTOMER SUPPLY, G4WERKZ SUPPLY, CORE EXCHANGE MEANINGS:

Customer Supply: Customer will ship product to G4werkz to work on

G4werkz Supply: G4werkz will provide the part to work on

Core Exchange: G4werkz will supply part, customer will be charged a core charge that's refundable once customer sends back the matching product in non damage condition

 

Warranty and Disclaimer

Items sold by G4werkz may not be legal for street use in all states or countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state or country laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, G4werkz is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. G4werkz does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. G4werkz will not be held liable for anything other than the sale or exchange of said part and will not incur any other costs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. G4werkzis not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
